How IZOT COMPUTERS uses information in this stock list portal.
Information we keep
We keep your name, email address, account role, a password hash, and your last sign-in time to provide your account. If you save products, we keep your favorites and enquiry draft. Sent enquiries keep the products, message, selected staff member, and your contact details as they were when sent. We also keep email addresses, IP addresses, and times related to failed sign-in attempts and password resets to protect accounts.
Cookies and services
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If you select Remember me, a separate cookie keeps you signed in on this browser for up to one year or until you sign out. Your browser also remembers whether you hid the Contacts panel. We use an email service for account invitations, password resets, and enquiries sent to staff. When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks sign-in and password-reset request forms.
Your information
Account and favorites information is kept while needed to run the portal. Password-reset links expire after one hour. You can update your name and email in Settings. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact IZOT COMPUTERS using the contact details in the portal.
